Saturdays are delicious..

Today I made a Triple-Decker Mozzarella and Tomato Toasted Sandwich.

– Polish sunflower bread. Seasoned with a little wholegrain mustard, some chilli flakes and garlic salt…

– Sat it on a throne of (kidney cleansing) flat leaf parsley and tomato salad- tossed in extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Eat as much parsley as you can, as it flushes out toxins from your bloodstream via your kidneys! Yay to boosting haematological health! 😀
